This work was all about building a coherent business plan to overcome the lack of scalability. In a matter of weeks I assessed the market, competitive advantages and threats etc. to deliver a compelling pitch for a product that enabled lead gen, scheduling and learning management to drive down the COGS of the business.

As James the director was reinvogorated by the new mission for the same vision, he was unfortunately pulled in another direction with another business of his.
